Yes! You can pause your subscription at any time. If you don’t need design work for a month, simply pause to avoid being charged.
When you pause your subscription, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We’ll complete any active requests submitted before the pause. However, no new requests will be accepted until you resume your subscription.
If you pause your subscription while a request is in progress, all work will stop immediately, and deliverables will be withheld until you resume your subscription. No partial work will be handed over during the pause. Please note that pausing mid-request may result in a longer turnaround time when you resume.
Your monthly fee reserves your access to our team’s expertise. If you don’t pause, you’ll be charged for the next month, whether you use the service or not.

If you’re not satisfied with the Design Studio Pass within the first 7 days, you can cancel and receive a 75% refund, no questions asked. After the first week, all fees are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
